![]() Exciting news! No, I didn't get an agent. Yet. But almost as good... I got faved on #PitMad. Twice by agents. (And Twice by authors who thought my pitch was awesome) (And NO bot faves!) One agent was so excited, she faved two of my pitches during the event! Guess she really wants my book. Now that's good news. More Good News! No, not an agent! (Will you quit guessing that?) I got positive feedback from the judges on PitchSlam. Words like "love the voice" "love the premise" and "only minor questions" - but they are things explained in the next paragraphs of the same chapter, so I'm not worried about them. Rejection Bingo UpdateAllow me to switch from this breaking news to give you less exciting news: No new rejections to report. But that's OK. I'd still call this month a success. (TWO AGENTS! Strong feedback! Still geeking out over here.) Anyway, there's a great dose of "Keep Submitting" from my friend on Sub it Club that I hope you'll check out while I go happy dance some more. This post is part of a blog hop I joined earlier this year. I'm trying to get rejected 24 times this OR succeed in getting an agent. Of course the best way to get rejected is to submit. :)

I've always loved your goal (to be rejected 24 times this year). But isn't it great to have some partial success? Yes, time for a happy dance :D
